Information Regarding Geneology Class on Saturday June 30 at See Dai Doo Society

This is a statement by the instructor, Mr. Douglas Chong regarding the class on Saturday June 30th:

- While it is recommended that all participants have followed up on the first two beginning genealogy sessions by completing some research on their family with comprehensive notes, oral histories, lineage charts and documents it is not mandatory.

- However, we will not be reviewing and repeating the content, concepts and procedures on beginning one's genealogy and family research.

- For See Dai Doo members only, who attend from the beginning (1:30 pm) and stay until the END of the session (3:30 pm) will receive a free copy of  a $5 guide titled  Chinese Genealogy And Family Book Guide, Hawaiian and Chinese Sources

This may clarify concerns and encourage more members to attend the session.  Some members have said they have not done any research so they don't want to attend and perhaps take it on a repeat session.  However, I really do not anticipate repeating this session.

Happy New Year Officers, Trustees, and Members!
